Clarks Hill – Curtis R. Royer, 74 of R 1 died in Bowles Nursing Home at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday (1 Feb) after an illness of eight months. Born in Montgomery County, he resided here and in Boone County his entire life. He was a retired farmer. In 1905 he married Minnie May. Surviving with his widow are a son, John of Clarks Hill R 1, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Turner of Lemhi, Idaho.
